Possible Causes
Drain hose installed too low causing siphoning, Faulty pressure sensor, Blocked pressure hose, Software misinterpretation of level
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before adjusting hoses.
- Step 1 – Check drain hose height: Ensure the drain hose is installed at the height specified in the manual (usually 60–100 cm above floor). If too low, water can siphon out, causing repeated fills.
- Step 2 – Secure hose: Fix the hose securely to prevent it from slipping down.
- Step 3 – Clean pressure hose: Inspect and clear the pressure hose and chamber of detergent residue.
- Step 4 – Replace pressure sensor: If the sensor does not correctly detect water levels, replace it.
