Possible Causes
Spin speed set too low, Unbalanced load causing spin reduction, Partially blocked drain system, Worn motor or belt slipping
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before performing internal checks.
- Step 1 – Program settings: Confirm that the selected program has a high enough spin speed and that the spin is not disabled.
- Step 2 – Load distribution: Avoid washing single heavy items. Redistribute the laundry and run an additional spin cycle.
- Step 3 – Check drainage: Clean the pump filter and ensure the drain hose and standpipe are clear. Poor drainage prevents a full-speed spin.
- Step 4 – Inspect the belt and motor: Remove the rear panel and check the belt for slipping. Replace it if loose or worn. If the motor struggles or makes unusual noises, further motor or PCB diagnosis may be needed.
