• Check for moisture: Ensure there is no water or condensation on or around the control board. If present, dry thoroughly and identify the source of the leak (often from the dispenser or vent).
• Visual board inspection: Look for burned components, cracked solder joints, or darkened areas on the PCB. If damage is visible, the control board should be replaced.
• Professional diagnosis: If reseating connectors and resetting power does not clear E01, further diagnosis with UniMac service tools may be required. Consider contacting a qualified technician to test the control and interface boards.
