Possible Causes
Worn UniMac suspension shock absorbers, Broken suspension springs, Washer not leveled, Overloaded or unbalanced loads
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before tipping or moving it.
- Level the washer: Adjust the leveling feet so the washer is stable and does not rock. Lock the feet in place.
- Load size and distribution: Avoid washing single heavy items alone. Mix items and distribute evenly in the drum.
- Inspect shocks: Remove front or rear panel and inspect the suspension shocks. If they are leaking oil, loose, or offer little resistance when compressed by hand, replace all shocks as a set.
- Check springs: Inspect top and bottom suspension springs for stretching, rust, or breakage. Replace any damaged springs.
