Washer will not power on at all; no lights or display, unit appears dead.

Safety first: Before opening the machine, ensure the circuit is de-energized at the breaker if you will be working on internal wiring.

• Check building power: Verify the outlet has correct voltage using a meter or by plugging in another device. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the building panel.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or loose connections at the strain relief. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Internal fuse: Many UniMac washers have an internal line fuse on the control board or power entry module. With power disconnected, access the control area and test/inspect the fuse. Replace only with the exact type and rating.
• Control board power supply: If fuses and power are good but the unit remains dead, the control board's low-voltage power supply may have failed. Board replacement is typically required and should be done by a qualified technician.
