Possible Causes
Severely unbalanced load, Worn shock absorbers, Faulty motor tachometer feedback, Drum suspension issues
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before moving the appliance or accessing internal components.
- 1. Redistribute load: Open the door and check if heavy items (e.g. bath mats, duvets) are bunched on one side. Redistribute laundry evenly and remove some items if the drum is overfilled.
- 2. Run spin-only: Select a spin-only program with a lower spin speed and observe if the machine reaches spin without E07.
- 3. Check installation: Ensure the washer is level on all four feet and does not rock. Adjust the leveling feet and lock them in place.
- 4. Inspect suspension (advanced): Remove the rear or front panel and inspect the shock absorbers and springs. Excessive play, oil leakage, or broken mounts indicate worn suspension components.
- 5. Replace worn parts: Install new V-ZUG shock absorbers or suspension springs if they are worn or broken.
- 6. Technician diagnosis: If mechanical components are sound but E07 persists, the motor tachometer or control logic may be faulty and should be checked by a V-ZUG service technician.
