Possible Causes
Partially blocked pressure hose, Sticky pressure sensor, Inlet valve not closing fully, Incorrect installation of drain hose causing siphoning
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap if overfilling is severe.
- 1. Check drain hose height: Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height and not too low, which can cause siphoning and confuse water level control.
- 2. Inspect pressure hose: Remove the top cover and check the small hose from the tub to the pressure sensor for kinks or blockages. Clear as needed.
- 3. Test inlet valve: With power off and tap open, verify that no water seeps into the drum. If it does, replace the V-ZUG inlet valve.
- 4. Replace pressure sensor: If overfilling persists, install a new V-ZUG pressure sensor.
