The washer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but no error code is displayed.

Safety: Do not force the door; you may break the handle or glass.

• Wait for cool-down: Allow 2–5 minutes after the cycle ends for the lock to release, especially after hot washes.
• Check for water: If water is visible in the drum, drain via the pump filter and emergency drain hose, then try opening again.
• Use emergency release: Access the manual release near the pump filter if fitted.
• Replace door lock: If the problem recurs, replace the door lock assembly.
