Possible Causes
Corrupted configuration memory on ACV PCB, Surge damage from mains, Manufacturing defect in control board, Incorrect firmware
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before touching the control board.
- 1. Full reset: Turn off power for at least 2 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge. Restore power and see if E20 clears.
- 2. Check environment: Ensure the unit is not exposed to excessive moisture, heat, or vibration that could affect electronics.
- 3. Surge protection: If E20 appeared after a storm or power surge, consider installing surge protection on the supply.
- 4. Board replacement: If the error persists, the main control PCB likely needs replacement and configuration by an ACV service technician.
Do not attempt to reprogram or modify the PCB firmware without ACV-approved tools and procedures.
