ERR1
The control valve display shows ERR1, and regeneration will not start.
Motor or Cam Index Fault
ERR2
Display shows ERR2 and the unit is stuck in one position (service or regeneration).
Position switch / encoder fault
ERR3
Display shows ERR3 and regeneration stops mid-cycle.
Brine draw / flow fault
ERR4
Display shows ERR4 and the unit will not enter regeneration.
Control board communication or program fault
ERR5
Display shows ERR5 and the time-of-day will not keep correct time.
Real-time clock / power backup fault
ERR6
Display shows ERR6 and the valve remains in backwash or brine stage indefinitely.
Cycle timeout / incomplete regeneration fault
ERR7
Display shows ERR7 and no water flows through the softener during service.

LOW SALT
Display shows LOW SALT or SALT indicator, and soft water capacity is reduced.

NO FLOW
Display shows NO FLOW even when water is being used in the house.
Flow detection failure
POWER LOSS
Display shows 'POWER LOSS' or flashes, and the time-of-day resets after power outages.
Non-volatile memory / backup power issue
SERVICE
Display shows SERVICE or CALL FOR SERVICE, and the unit may still operate but with limited functions.

Brine is not being drawn from the brine tank during regeneration.
