Possible Causes
Failed Foridra valve motor, No power to control board, Blown internal fuse, Faulty door/cover safety switch (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing any covers. Use a multimeter only if you are comfortable working with electrical circuits.
- Check power: Verify that the outlet has power and that the Foridra power adapter is plugged in and outputting the correct voltage.
- Inspect fuse: Some Foridra boards have a small, replaceable fuse. Check and replace it if blown with the same rating.
- Listen for motor: Start a manual regeneration and listen for any motor noise. If silent and power is present, the motor or the board may be faulty.
- Replace motor or PCB: If the motor receives voltage but does not turn, replace the Foridra valve motor. If no voltage is sent, replace the main control PCB.
