• Run extra rinse: Manually advance the unit to the rinse step and allow it to complete a full rinse cycle. Then flush household lines by running several faucets.
• Check drain line: Ensure the drain hose is not restricted or elevated too high, which can reduce rinse flow.
• Review salt settings: If your model allows, reduce the salt dose to the recommended level for your hardness and capacity.
• Inspect valve operation: Verify that the rotor & disc moves correctly through all positions and that there is no internal leakage causing brine to bypass rinse.
