Cabinet Temperature Sensor (NTC) Failure

E10

E10 error; the fan may run but the compressor does not, or the unit cycles off quickly after starting.

Compressor Protection / Overcurrent Fault

E11

E11 displayed; the interior fan runs but there is little or no cooling, and the compressor may be silent.

Condenser Fan / Condenser Cooling Fault (for models with a separate condenser fan)

E12 error; the unit may show very low or very high temperature readings that do not match actual conditions.

Temperature Calibration / Sensor Range Error

E13 displayed; the unit may shut down or run continuously, sometimes associated with frost build-up.
