Interior light not working but cooling is normal

Safety: Unplug the unit before replacing any light components.

Steps:

• 1. Check door switch: If the light is controlled by a mechanical switch, press it manually to see if the light comes on. Replace the switch if it feels loose or does not actuate.
• 2. Access light module: Remove the light cover inside the cabinet (usually clipped or screwed). Inspect the LED module or bulb.
• 3. Replace light: Install the correct AEG LED light module or bulb specified for your model. Do not substitute with non-approved parts, as heat and voltage ratings differ.
• 4. Wiring and board: If a new light does not work, check wiring continuity to the control board. A failed light driver on the board may require board replacement.
