Possible Causes
High ambient humidity, Door gasket leaking, Frequent door openings, Failed door heater (on anti-condensation models)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing any door wiring or heater connections.
- Reduce door openings: Limit how often and how long the door is opened.
- Check gasket seal: Replace the door gasket if it does not seal tightly.
- Ambient conditions: In very humid environments, some condensation is normal. Improve room ventilation or use a dehumidifier.
- Door heater (if fitted): Some Candy models have a heater around the glass. If condensation is excessive and the heater is suspected, have a technician test and replace the door frame heater if defective.
