Possible Causes
Door left open or door switch misaligned, high temperature alarm due to warm bottles, control board alarm circuit fault, stuck keypad button.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No immediate electrical hazard, but unplug the unit before opening panels.
Steps:
- Check door: Ensure the door is fully closed and the gasket is sealing properly. Adjust hinges if the door is sagging.
- Test door switch: Press the door switch manually; if the beeping stops, adjust or replace the door switch.
- Temperature: If many warm bottles were recently loaded, allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize; the alarm may clear automatically.
- Keypad: Inspect the control panel for stuck buttons. Gently clean around the buttons and ensure none are jammed.
- Control board: If the alarm persists with the correct temperature and the door closed, the alarm circuit on the main control PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
