• Isolate the noise: Listen carefully to determine if the noise originates from the back (compressor/condenser fan) or inside (evaporator fan/bottles).
• Check bottle arrangement: Ensure bottles are properly seated on the racks and are not touching the rear wall or fan cover. Space them evenly.
• Tighten panels: Inspect interior and rear panels for loose screws. Tighten any screws that rattle when tapped.
• Inspect fans: Access the rear condenser fan and interior evaporator fan. Remove any debris and ensure the blades are not rubbing against their shrouds. Tighten fan mounting screws.
• Compressor mounts: Verify that the rubber grommets under the compressor are intact and that the mounting bolts are snug but not overtightened.
• Level the unit: Use a level to ensure the cooler is stable. Adjust the leveling feet to eliminate rocking.
