Water pools at the bottom of the wine cooler or leaks onto the floor in front of the unit.

Safety: Unplug the cooler before removing interior panels or working near electrical components. Mop up any standing water to prevent slipping.

Steps to fix water leaks:

• 1. Inspect interior: Remove shelves and check the bottom of the cabinet for standing water. Look for a small drain hole near the rear.
• 2. Clear the drain: Use a soft pipe cleaner, cotton swab, or flexible plastic line to gently clear any debris from the drain hole. Do not use sharp metal objects.
• 3. Access rear drain tube: Remove the rear panel and locate the drain tube leading to the external drain pan above the compressor. Ensure it is connected and not kinked.
• 4. Clean the drain pan: Remove and clean the drain pan if accessible. Check for cracks and replace if damaged.
• 5. Reduce condensation: Ensure the door gasket seals properly and avoid leaving the door open for extended periods.

Note: A small amount of water in the drain pan is normal; pooling inside the cabinet is not.
