Digital display shows E1, and the cabinet is not cooling or is cooling poorly.
Cabinet Temperature Sensor (NTC) Failure or Open Circuit
E2
Display shows E2, and the unit may run continuously or shut down erratically.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor (Defrost/Coil NTC) Failure
E3
Display shows E3, and the temperature reading is inaccurate or dashes appear on the display.
Ambient/Room Temperature Sensor Failure
E4
Display shows E4, and the compressor or fan may not start or may cycle rapidly.
Defrost Sensor or Defrost Circuit Error (for frost-free Kismile wine coolers)

Overheating Electrical Component
Symptom
A clicking sound occurs every few minutes; the compressor tries to start but shuts off quickly, resulting in poor or absent cooling.
Compressor Hard Start / Locked Rotor
Symptom
Condensation or moisture on the inside of the glass door.
High Humidity Infiltration / Door Seal Issue
