How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting the cord or opening any panels. Only qualified persons should replace fuses on PCBs.
- Check outlet: Test the wall socket with another appliance to confirm it has power. Reset any tripped circuit breakers or RCDs.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Replace the cord if damaged, using a compatible Montpellier or equivalently rated cord.
- Rear fuse: Some models have an accessible fuse near the power entry point. If present, remove and check its continuity. Replace only with the same type and rating.
