Interior light does not turn on when door is opened, but cooling works normally.

Safety warning: Unplug the cooler before removing light covers or accessing wiring.

• Check door switch: Verify that the door switch (magnetic or plunger) is working by observing whether the display indicates whether the door is open or closed. If the switch is faulty, replace the door switch.
• Inspect light module: Locate the interior LED light strip or module, usually at the top or sides of the cabinet. Check for loose connectors or visible damage.
• Replace LED module: If the module is dark and connections are good, replace it with a Phiestina LED light module for your model.
• Control board check: If a new light module does not work, the light driver circuit on the main control board may be faulty and require replacement of the board.
