Steps:

Dry the area: If condensation is visible around the controls, dry the surface and reduce ambient humidity.
Access control panel: Remove the trim to expose the display and keypad PCB.
Check ribbon cable: Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad/display and main control board.
Inspect for damage: Look for corrosion or cracks on the keypad PCB. Replace the display control panel PCB if defective.

Note: Do not spray cleaners directly onto the control panel; apply to a cloth first.
