The display shows Lo, and the cabinet interior light may be dim; the unit may not start.

Safety: Always disconnect from the mains before inspecting the power cord or internal components.

Steps:

• Check outlet: Plug another appliance into the same outlet to verify proper voltage. Avoid using long extension cords or power strips.
• Inspect power cord: Examine the Transtherm power cord for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Ensure the plug fits tightly in the outlet.
• Reset protection devices: If using a surge protector or GFCI outlet, reset it and see if Lo clears.
• Internal power supply: If external power is good, the low-voltage supply on the main control board may be failing. Replace the main control board if no other cause is found.

Note: Persistent low voltage from the building supply should be corrected by an electrician; operating the cabinet under such conditions can damage electronics.
