E1
The indoor unit displays E1 and stops cooling; the fan may still run, but the compressor does not start.
Indoor Room Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E2
The indoor unit shows E2 and stops cooling or heating; the unit may start then shut down after a short time.
Indoor Evaporator Coil Temperature Sensor Fault
E3
The indoor unit displays E3 and stops; the outdoor unit may not start or may shut down quickly.
Outdoor Coil Temperature Sensor Fault
E4
The indoor unit shows E4 and stops; this may occur during heating or cooling, often after running for some time.
Outdoor Discharge Pipe Temperature Sensor Fault

The indoor unit displays E5; the system may not start or may shut down shortly after startup.
