E13 error appears intermittently when using the brush on high-pile carpets.

Safety: Turn off and unplug the cleaner before adjusting the brush.

• Adjust brush height: Set the brush height to a higher position suitable for high pile carpets.
• Clean brush roller: Remove the brush and clear all hair, threads, and debris from the bristles and end caps.
• Check bearings: Spin the brush by hand; if it feels rough or noisy, replace the brush roller assembly.
• Test on a hard surface: Run the brush on a hard floor or low pile carpet. If E13 still occurs, the brush motor may be weak and require replacement.
