Possible Causes
Burnt-out LED strip, broken wire inside nozzle, faulty LED driver on nozzle PCB, connector damage at nozzle neck.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and disconnect the nozzle before inspection.
- Step 1 – Check connector: Inspect the electrical contacts at the nozzle neck and tube end. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
- Step 2 – Confirm brush operation: If the brush motor runs normally, power is reaching the nozzle and the issue is local to the LED circuit.
- Step 3 – Inspect for damage: Look for cracks or impact damage on the front of the nozzle where the LEDs are housed.
- Step 4 – Replace nozzle if lighting is essential: The LED strip and driver are usually not user-serviceable. Replace the complete motorized nozzle if you require the headlight function.
