Battery will not charge; the charger light stays off or blinks rapidly.

Safety first: Unplug the charger before cleaning contacts. Do not use damaged chargers.

• Verify outlet and adapter: Test the wall outlet with another device. Inspect the charger for damage; replace if the cable is frayed or the plug is bent.
• Clean contacts: Gently clean the charging contacts on the battery and dock with a dry cloth.
• Allow battery to warm or cool: If the battery is very cold or hot, let it reach room temperature before charging.
• Try a different charger or battery (if available): Swap components to isolate whether the charger or battery is faulty.
• If still not charging: Replace the battery pack or charger with genuine Levoit parts. Do not attempt to open the battery pack.
