E01
The vacuum will not power on; the battery indicator does not light when the power button is pressed.
Main Power Supply / Battery Protection Fault
E02
The vacuum powers on briefly then shuts off within a few seconds; the display shows E02 or a red battery icon with an error.
Battery Overcurrent / Internal Cell Imbalance
E03
The vacuum stops and displays E03 or a filter icon with an error; suction is weak before shutdown.
Airflow Restriction / Filter Blockage Detected

The vacuum displays E04 or a brush icon with an error; the floor nozzle brush stops spinning.
