E11
SilverCrest
Battery Capacity / Cell Imbalance Error
Vacuum shows E11 and runs only for a few seconds on a full charge
Advertisements
Possible Causes
Degraded Li-ion cells in SilverCrest battery pack, Internal cell imbalance detected by BMS, Excessive internal resistance of cells, Previous deep discharge damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not open the battery pack. Damaged Li-ion cells can overheat or catch fire.
- 1. Fully charge the battery: Place the battery on the original SilverCrest charger until the indicator shows full. Leave it for an additional 30 minutes to allow cell balancing (if supported).
- 2. Test runtime: Use the vacuum on low power and time how long it runs before shutting off. If it stops within a few minutes and E11 appears, the pack is likely worn out.
- 3. Try another battery (if available): If a second battery runs normally, the original pack is defective.
- 4. Avoid repeated deep discharges: Going forward, recharge before the battery is completely empty to extend life.
E11 usually indicates the battery pack must be replaced. Contact SilverCrest support or purchase a compatible replacement pack.
