Possible Causes
Communication failure between drawers, Faulty link harness, Defective drawer control module, Loose interconnect plugs
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Applies to double DishDrawer models.
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing drawers.
- Power reset: Turn off power for 5 minutes, then restore and test both drawers.
- Check interconnect harness: Remove the lower drawer enough to access the link harness between drawers. Ensure connectors are fully seated and not corroded or pinched.
- Test drawers individually: Try running each drawer separately to see if the fault is isolated to one drawer.
If F11 persists, the drawer control module or link harness may need replacement. This is typically a technician-level repair.
