Charger hums or vibrates excessively when mounted on the wall; noise transmits into the structure.

Note: This is usually a comfort/noise issue rather than a safety fault, unless accompanied by overheating or a burning smell.

• Step 1 – Check mounting:
  • Ensure all wall-mount screws are tight and anchored into studs or appropriate anchors.
• Step 2 – Add isolation:
  • Install rubber washers or vibration-isolating pads between the charger bracket and the wall.
• Step 3 – Internal check (qualified):
  • With power OFF, open the housing and verify that internal components (contactor, boards) are firmly secured.
• Step 4 – Evaluate noise source:
  • If the noise is from the power contactor or transformer, consider replacement if excessively loud.
