Possible Causes
Weak Wi-Fi signal at the charger location, Changed router SSID or password, Firmware incompatibility with the router, Failed Wi-Fi module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No high-voltage work is required. Do not open the unit unless directed by Leviton support.
Steps:
- 1. Check router: Confirm internet access and that the Wi-Fi network is functioning.
- 2. Verify credentials: If you changed your Wi-Fi name or password, reconfigure the charger via the Leviton app.
- 3. Improve signal: Move the router closer, add a Wi-Fi extender, or reduce obstructions between the router and charger.
- 4. Reboot devices: Power cycle both the router and the EVSE.
- 5. If still offline: The internal Wi-Fi module may be faulty and require replacement.
