E01
Charger will not start charging; vehicle shows ‘Charging Station Error’ and Sun Country Highway unit displays E01 shortly after plugging in.
Pilot Signal Communication Fault
E02
Charger powers up but immediately shows E02 and refuses to energize the vehicle; some units may show a red LED and E02 on the LCD.
Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detected
E03
Display shows E03, and charging does not start; the unit may click once and then drop out.
Contactor / Relay Welded or Stuck
E04
The charger shows E04 and will not charge; this often occurs after a wiring change or new installation.
Line Voltage Out of Range
E05
The display shows E05; the unit powers up but will not close the contactor to start charging.
Ground Continuity / Protective Earth Fault

The charger shows E06 and stops charging or refuses to start; this may occur intermittently during hot weather.

Severe Overheating / Component Failure

Charger enclosure becomes very hot to the touch during normal charging, even in mild ambient temperatures.
