Display shows Prr or PR, and the spa may not heat or run normally.

Safety first: Ensure the spa is completely filled before powering on. Running pumps dry can cause damage.

Priming steps:

• Allow priming cycle: After power-up, many Dream Maker Spas enter a priming mode (PR) for several minutes. Use the JETS button to cycle pumps on and off to purge air.
• Bleed air manually: If the pump only hums or no water moves, turn power OFF and loosen the pump union slightly until water seeps out, then retighten. Restore power and try again.
• Check slice valves: Ensure any gate/slice valves on either side of the pump are fully open.
• Verify pump operation: If the pump does not run at all, check for a tripped GFCI or internal fuses. A seized pump may need replacement.
