• Check glass tray and support: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean any food debris and ensure the roller ring turns freely.
• Inspect coupler: Check the plastic coupler that fits onto the motor shaft for cracks or rounding.
• Access motor: On many KitchenAid models, the turntable motor is accessible from the bottom. Remove the bottom cover and disconnect the motor.
• Replace motor or coupler: If the motor shaft does not turn when powered (test by a professional) or is seized, replace the turntable motor. Replace a damaged coupler or roller ring as needed.
