F1

Oven beeps continuously and displays F1, often shortly after power-up or during idle; oven may not heat.

Electronic Oven Control (EOC) keypad or internal control failure

F1E0

The oven displays F1E0 shortly after power-up; oven functions may be disabled.

Internal EOC failure.

F1E1

The oven displays F1E1; it may not respond to keypad inputs.

Keypad configuration or stuck key error.

F1E2

The oven displays F1E2; this may occur after replacing the control board.

EOC configuration or software mismatch.

F1E3

The oven displays F1E3; temperature readings may be erratic, or the oven may not heat correctly.

Oven temperature sensor out of range.

F1E4

The oven displays F1E4; this may be associated with cooling fan or over-temperature issues.

High temperature detected at the control or a cooling system fault.

F2

Oven displays F2 and may beep; oven may overheat or shut down during a bake or broil cycle.

Oven over-temperature condition or stuck relay on control

The oven displays F2E1; the keypad may not respond, or random keys may appear pressed.

Stuck or shorted keypad key.

Oven displays F3 and beeps; oven may not heat or may shut off shortly after starting.

Oven temperature sensor circuit open

Upper oven temperature sensor open or shorted (for double ovens)

Oven displays F3E1; the lower oven may not heat correctly (double ovens).

Lower oven temperature sensor open or shorted

Keypad and control board communication error

Oven displays F5E0; this may occur after power-up or during use.

Control board watchdog or internal error

Loss of communication between display and power board

Door latch not operating or door lock motor failure.

The oven displays F9E2; the door lock motor runs continuously or not at all; the door may be stuck in the locked position.

Door lock motor circuit error.

F9E3

The oven displays F9E3; the door lock state does not match the command (e.g., the door reports locked when it is open).

Door lock position switch error.

LOC

The display shows LOC or a lock icon; oven controls do not respond, but there is no beeping error.

Control lock (child lock) feature enabled

Symptom

Clock and display reset randomly or flicker when the oven is used.

Intermittent power or control board power supply issue

Symptom

Convection fan does not run in convection mode; baking is uneven.

Convection fan circuit failure

Symptom

Oven display works but oven will not start; pressing Start does nothing or cancels immediately.
