Oven light not working but oven heats normally

Safety: Switch off power before changing the bulb. The glass cover and bulb may be hot.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass lamp cover inside the cavity (usually twists off). Replace the bulb with a high-temperature oven-rated bulb of the same wattage and base type.
• Inspect holder: Check the lamp holder for signs of burning or looseness. Replace if damaged.
• Wiring check: If a new bulb does not light, inspect wiring to the lamp holder from the control board.
• Switch/relay: On some models, the light is controlled by a relay or door switch. Test these components and replace if faulty.
