Oven does not heat in conventional or fan mode, F05 is displayed, and the fan may still run.
Bottom Heating Element Circuit Fault
F06
Fan-assisted modes do not heat properly, F06 error appears, and the convection fan may run without heat.
Fan (Ring) Heating Element Circuit Fault
F07
The display shows F07, the oven does not start or shuts down, sometimes after a power surge or lightning.
User Interface / Display Board Communication Error
F08
The oven display shows F08; the oven may be completely dead or unresponsive to touch/knobs.
Low-Voltage Power Supply Failure on Control Board
F09
The oven beeps and shows F09, often when using pyrolytic self-cleaning or high-temperature modes.
Pyrolytic Door Lock / Latch Fault
F10
The oven shows F10 and does not start, often related to the door not being detected as closed.
Door Switch / Door Contact Fault
F11
The display shows F11; the oven may stop heating unexpectedly or not start, sometimes after long use.
Cooling Fan Circuit Fault
F12
The oven shows F12, often associated with steam or moisture; the display may fog up.
Humidity / Steam Sensor or Moisture Ingress Fault (where fitted)
F13
The oven shows F13; the timer and clock may malfunction, and some functions may be unavailable.
Clock / Timer Module Fault
F14
The oven shows F14; touch controls may be unresponsive or behave erratically.
Touch Control Panel / Keypad Fault
F15
Oven displays F15, the fan runs but there is no heat in any mode, or the oven shuts down shortly after starting.
Triac / Solid-State Relay Fault for Heating Circuits
F20
Oven displays F20, often immediately after switching on, with no heating.
NTC Sensor Short Circuit
F21
Oven displays F21, heating stops or does not start, sometimes after prolonged high-temperature use.
NTC Sensor Open Circuit
F22
Oven displays F22, temperature readings on the display are clearly incorrect (too high or too low).
Temperature Calibration / Sensor Range Error
F30
Oven displays F30, the fan may run continuously, and the oven may not heat.
Cavity Overheat Sensor / Thermal Fuse Fault
F40
Oven displays F40, often after a power outage or when the supply voltage is unstable.
Mains Voltage / Frequency Error
F50
Oven displays F50, the fan symbol may flash, and the convection fan does not run.
Convection Fan Motor Fault
F60
Oven displays F60, the grill or oven light may flicker, sometimes accompanied by buzzing from the control area.
Relay Sticking / Contact Error
Symptom
Control panel or knobs become excessively hot to the touch during normal baking.
Insufficient Cooling / Door Seal or Vent Fault
Symptom
High‑pitched squealing or grinding noise when the oven fan runs.
Worn Fan Motor Bearings
Symptom
Oven cavity has visible water droplets or excessive condensation on the glass during and after cooking.
Condensation / Ventilation Issue
Symptom
Oven clock and settings reset every time power is switched off, or the time cannot be set correctly.
Clock / Memory Retention Issue
Symptom
Oven display and controls work, but when a program is started, nothing happens (no fan, no heat, no click).
Main Relay / Safety Chain Not Energizing
Symptom
Oven door does not seal properly; heat escapes around the edges, and the front panel gets very hot.
Door Gasket / Seal Failure
Symptom
Oven door glass is cracked, shattered, or loose, but the oven otherwise works.
Door Glass Panel Damage
Symptom
Oven door will not close fully or sits crooked, causing heat loss and poor cooking.
Door Hinge / Hinge Support Deformation
Symptom
Oven emits a strong burning smell or smoke during normal cooking (not first use or self‑clean).
Grease / Food Residue Ignition or Electrical Overheating
Symptom
Oven interior light does not work, but the oven heats and functions normally.
