Possible Causes

Burnt heater relay contacts, Broken solder joint on PCB heater relay, Faulty power distribution track on PCB, Loose live feed from terminal block to PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before accessing the control board or terminal block.

  • Check terminal block: Inspect the main terminal block for burnt or loose connections, especially the live feed to the oven circuits. Tighten or replace as needed.
  • Access PCB: Remove the control panel and examine the main PCB. Look closely at the heater relay area for burnt spots or cracked solder joints.
  • Resolder or replace: If you are competent with electronics, minor cracked joints can sometimes be resoldered. Otherwise, replace the entire PCB with the correct Bush part.
  • Test after replacement: Reassemble, restore power, and test all heating functions to confirm E19 is cleared.
