Possible Causes

Failed Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, Antenna cable disconnected, Controller firmware bug, Interference from nearby devices

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: For communication issues, you generally do not need to open the grill, but unplug before removing any panels.

  • Check signal strength: Ensure the grill is within range of your Wi-Fi router or Bluetooth device. Avoid placing the grill behind thick walls or metal structures.
  • Power cycle: Turn the grill OFF, unplug for 60 seconds, then plug back in and restart. Also restart your phone and the Enders app.
  • Re-pair device: In the app, remove the grill from your devices list and perform the pairing process again following Enders instructions.
  • Inspect antenna: If accessible, remove the control panel and verify that the antenna cable is securely connected to the communication module or board.
  • Firmware update: Use the app or USB (if supported) to update the grill's firmware to the latest version.
  • Replace communication module: If connectivity remains unstable, replace the Enders Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication module or the entire control board assembly, depending on design.

Always secure the control panel and ensure weather seals are intact after service to protect electronics.
