Pump runs but there are large amounts of air bubbles visible in the pump lid and at the pool return jets.

Safety first: Turn off the pump before opening the lid.

• Raise water level: Top up the pool so that the skimmer weir is fully submerged during operation.
• Service lid O-ring: Clean, lubricate and, if necessary, replace the AstralPool lid O-ring.
• Tighten unions: Hand-tighten suction-side unions and inspect for cracks.
• Check skimmer weir: Ensure the skimmer weir door is not stuck partially closed, which can cause vortexing and air draw.
