Pump will not start at all, no hum, no display on control

Safety first: Use a non‑contact voltage tester and multimeter only if you are competent. Otherwise, call an electrician.

• Check breaker and RCD: Reset any tripped breakers or residual‑current devices. If they trip again immediately, do not force them on.
• Inspect external switch: Verify that any timer or isolation switch feeding the Lowara pump is in the ON position and functioning.
• Test for voltage: With the cover removed and power ON (by a qualified person), measure voltage at the pump input terminals. If no voltage is present, trace back to the supply.
• Internal checks: If voltage is present but the pump is dead, the internal power supply or control board may have failed.
• When to call a pro: Internal electrical repairs should be performed by a technician. Replacement of the control module or complete pump may be required.
