Display shows LOC or a key symbol; oven controls do not respond.

Safety first: No internal work is required for normal lock operation.

• Deactivate lock: Press and hold the designated key lock button (often a key symbol or a combination such as '+' and '-' together) for 3–5 seconds until LOC disappears. Refer to the Hansa user manual for the exact sequence.
• Clean panel: Wipe the control area to remove any residue that might cause false touches.
• Power reset: If LOC will not clear, disconnect power for 5 minutes and try again.
• Panel fault: If the lock symbol remains and keys are unresponsive, the touch control panel may be faulty and require replacement.
