How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and move it to a flat, open floor.
- Step 1 – Free the robot: Remove it from any thresholds, cables, or rugs that may lift one wheel.
- Step 2 – Clean wheel wells: Flip the robot and inspect around each drive wheel. Remove debris and hair.
- Step 3 – Check suspension travel: Press each wheel up and down. They should move smoothly and return to position.
- Step 4 – Test again: Place the robot on a level surface, power ON, and start cleaning. If E18 persists, the wheel suspension sensor or wheel module may need replacement.
