Safety: No electrical work required.

Check network band: Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network; many smart thermostats do not support 5 GHz only.
Verify credentials: Re-enter the Wi‑Fi SSID and password carefully in the Ariston app, watching for case sensitivity.
Improve signal: Move the router closer, reduce obstacles, or add a Wi‑Fi extender near the thermostat.
Restart devices: Reboot the router and then the thermostat. Wait a few minutes for reconnection.
Firmware update: If possible, update the thermostat firmware via USB or temporary hotspot as described in the manual.

Error 112; the thermostat cannot connect to the home Wi‑Fi network, and remote control via the app is unavailable.
