Generator is leaking fuel underneath the enclosure or around the fuel system components.

Safety first: Turn OFF the generator, close all fuel shutoff valves, disconnect battery negative, and eliminate all ignition sources. Ventilate the area.

• Locate leak source: Wipe the area dry and observe where fuel reappears. Check fuel lines from tank to carburetor or injection pump.
• Replace damaged hoses: Cut out cracked sections and replace with fuel-rated hose of the correct diameter. Secure with new clamps.
• Inspect fuel filter: Ensure the filter is tightened properly and that its O-ring is seated. Replace the filter if leaking.
• Check carburetor bowl: Tighten bowl screws evenly and replace the bowl gasket if seepage continues.

Do not operate the generator until all fuel leaks are fully corrected and the area is dry.
