Possible Causes

Partially closed water tap, Clogged inlet filters at the Hisense valve, Long or restricted inlet hoses, Failing water inlet valve coil

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the water supply and unplug the unit before disconnecting hoses.

  • Verify water pressure: Open a nearby faucet to confirm strong water flow. If household pressure is low, contact your water supplier.
  • Check taps and hoses: Ensure taps are fully open. Inspect hoses for kinks or restrictions. Replace old or internally collapsed hoses.
  • Clean inlet filters: Remove hoses from the Hisense water inlet valve and clean the mesh filters as described for E1.
  • Test fill: Reconnect and run a quick wash. If the fill remains slow and E17 reappears, the inlet valve may be weak and should be replaced.
