Err 1
Control display shows “Err 1” and the valve will not start a regeneration cycle.
Motor or camshaft home position fault
Err 2
Control display shows “Err 2” and regeneration stops mid-cycle
Camshaft position not reached within timeout
Err 3
Display shows “Err 3” and valve remains in service position, no regeneration occurs
Control board timing or program memory fault
Err 4
Display shows “Err 4” and regeneration stops during brine draw or slow rinse
Brine draw failure / flow sensor timeout
Err 5
Display shows “Err 5” and valve remains in backwash or fast rinse position
