Possible Causes
Cabinet sensor reading below minimum range, sensor shorted, control board misinterpreting the sensor, actual freezing conditions inside the cabinet.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before sensor testing.
Steps:
- Check actual temperature: Place an accurate thermometer inside the cooler to verify the real temperature. If it is normal but the display shows "Lo", suspect a sensor or board issue.
- Test cabinet sensor: Measure resistance at room temperature. A very low resistance indicates a shorted sensor. Replace with a correct Fagor NTC sensor.
- Inspect wiring: Look for damaged insulation or wires touching each other or metal surfaces.
- Control board: If the sensor and wiring are good, replace the main control board.
