Symptom
Air conditioner does not turn on at all; no lights on the indoor unit, and the remote has no effect.
No Power to Indoor Unit
Symptom
Burning or electrical smell from the indoor or outdoor unit during operation.
Overheating Electrical Components
Symptom
Loud rattling, buzzing, or grinding noise from the indoor unit during operation.
Indoor Unit Mechanical Noise
Symptom
Loud vibration or humming from the outdoor unit, sometimes transmitted into the building.
Outdoor Unit Vibration / Mounting Issue
Symptom
Poor cooling performance: the room does not reach the set temperature, run times are long, and the air is weakly cold.
Insufficient Cooling Capacity / Performance Degradation
Symptom
The indoor unit blows air, but frost or ice is forming on the indoor coil or copper pipes.
Evaporator Icing
Symptom
The indoor unit fan does not run, but the display is on, and the compressor may start (outdoor unit runs).
Indoor Fan Not Running
Symptom
The indoor unit frequently turns on and off (short cycling) without reaching the set temperature.
